As the watch has probably been untouched for decades, cleaning is strictly necessary. These Breguet pocket chronometers are exceptionally rare, especially with the split seconds complication. A white gold anker chronometer by Breguet No.2378 was sold for an exceptionally high price of more than € 38.000.
