A rewindable watch with regulator dial, split seconds chronograph and date, circa 1920. A watch presented to the winner of the Norton 200 mile sidecar race.
An 18k gold case, the back cover with dedication engraving, enamel dial, 3/4 plate movement, ground double hand tong with polished bevelling, separate ratchet wheel for split seconds chronograph, screw compensation balance. The engraved dedication inscription reads: Presented by Norton Motors Ltd. to G. H. Tucker in appreciation of his winning the 200 miles sidecar race, Brooklands 1924.
