Heavy pocket watch with precision lever escapement

A heavy full hunter cased watch, possibly made by an apprentice at the Glashütte Watchmaker School in Glashütte near Dresden, Germany, circa 1893. The numbered case of this watch was crafted from silver and has gold hinges and the white enamel dial has Roman hour numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and gold hands. The movement features a Glashütte precision lever escapement, a gold lever and a gold escape wheel.
The dial and movement are signed.
