An English gilt metal, enamel and pearl set key wind repeating cylinder pocket watch, circa 1840. Gilt full plate movement, pierced and engraved balance bridge, 3-arm balance, silver regulation, two polished hammers striking on a gong. Engine turned gilt dial, polished gilt Roman numerals, outer minute divisions and gilt spade hands. Pearl set open face consular case with associated enamel insert. Repeating from stem (AF).
