Gold keyless full hunter chronograph

A Swiss 18 carat pink gold hunting cased chronograph keyless pocket watch with register made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1911. The manual wind movement with a cut bimetallic compensation balance and moustache lever escapement. White enamel dial with black Breguet hours, an outer minute track with fifth of a second divisions and red Arabic five minute numerals, subsidiary seconds at 9 o’clock, a 30 minute register at 3 and blued hands. The smooth case is engraved with the initials CL, and has a chronograph pusher to the band at 12 o’clock. Dial, case and movement signed.
