A heavy Danish minute repeating hunting cased pocket watch with patented Jürgensen bow setting, circa 1878.
The polished, à goutte case is 18 Carat rose gold with numbered and signed gold dome and slide for repeating mechanism. The enamel dial has radial Roman hours, auxiliary seconds, and blued Breguet hands. And the movement is a nickel-plated, ground bridge movement with two hammers / two gongs, screwed gold chatons, gold screw compensation balance, index spring fine adjusting device, and counterpoised lever.
