A very rare Swiss IWC pocket watch with open-face in chronometer quality, labelled CHRONOMETRE, circa 1917.
Fine anchor chronometer with fine adjustment. Signed enamel dial (small defects in the edge area) with Breguet-style radial hours, outer minutes track, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and gold Breguet hands. Polished 18K gold case with number 750926, dust cover labelled CHRONOMETRE International Watch Co.
