A very fine, rare hunting case minute repeating pocket watch with “Grande Sonnerie” and “Petitè Sonnerie”, circa 1905.  18k gold case, smooth, à goutte, signed gold dome, glaszed movement, case maker punch mark “CML”, pusher for repetition at “12”, lever for choosing between Grande- or Petite Sonnerie. Dial is enamel, Arabic “Empire” numerals, sunk auxiliary seconds, blued spade hands. Bridge movement, rhodium-plated, “fausses côtes” decoration, screwed chatons, 29 jewels, polished screws, 2 hammers, 2 gongs, governor for repetition, screw compensation balance, blued balance spring, counterpoised lever, ruby endstone on escape wheel.
