A fine Italian presentation pocket watch with a polychrome enamelled crest of Umberto I. from Italy, circa 1890.
18 carat gold polished case; the back cover with a polychrome enamelled crest of the house of Savoy and signed gold dome. Signed enamel dial with radial Roman hours, auxiliary seconds and blued spade hands. Bridge movement, frosted, gilt, with wolfteeth winding wheels, screw compensation balance and counterpoised lever. Original box with applied monogram.
