An exceptionally large and heavy gold hunting cased pocket watch with minute repeater and chronograph, circa 1900.
Engine turned 18K red gold case, backside with blanc cartouche. Enamel dial with Breguet-style radial hours, outer minutes/seconds track with Arabic five minutes/seconds numerals, subsidiary dial for the constant seconds, centre chronograph hand, and gold Louis XV-style hands. Fine lever movement with repetition of the hours, quarter hours and minutes, and a column-wheel chronograph.
