Silver pocket watch with figure relief

A large repoussé pair cased verge watch with chatelaine, made by Leekey in London, England, circa 1772. The open faced double silver case has an outer case with repoussé work figure relief and a plain inner case with London Hallmarks and the makers mark “RN”. The original champlevé dial has the English royal coat of arms and a date window in the center and gilt hands. The numbered movement has an early verge escapement, a worm screw and a date display mechanism. Dial and movement signed.
