English gilt metal painted horn verge pocket watch

An English verge in gilt metal pair cases covered in horn under painted by a naval scene, circa 1790. Full plate fire gilt movement with square baluster pillars, pierced and engraved cock, pierced and engraved foot and plate for the silver regulator disc, fusee and chain with worm and wheel barrel set up between the plates, plain three arm steel balance, blue steel spiral hairspring. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and blue steel hands. Plain inner case, number corresponding to that on the movement, gilt metal outer case covered in horn under painted with a scene of a sailor bidding farewell to his sweetheart, a British naval vessel ankered beside them.
