Gold, enamel and diamond set early pendant watch

A fine and early Swiss 18 carat gold, enamel and diamond set hunting cased pendant watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1869.  The gilt finished cylinder movement with a plain three armed brass balance. White enamel dial with Roman numerals. The case with chased floral and scroll decorated rims, band and bow, and black enamel covers centred by a lozenge shaped cartouche on the back, the front with applied diamond set floral decoration. A gold cuvette. Case stamped and numbered, cuvette signed and numbered, movement numbered underneath the dial.
