A fine Swiss 18 carat rose gold hunting cased minute repeating keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1878. Retailed by Randolph & Co., San Francisco, Manufactured In 1878
Nickel finished lever, bimetallic compensation balance, wolf’s tooth winding, minute repeating on two gongs activated through a slide in the band. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and sunken subsidiary seconds dial. Plain American case, inscribed inside front cover, hinged back. Case, cuvette and movement numbered, dial signed by retailer, movement signed by watchmaker.
