A fine Swiss 18 carat white gold, sapphire and diamond set open faced keyless lapel watch made by Piaget in Geneva, circa 1963. The nickel finished, jewelled, manual winding lever movement with a monometallic balance. Silvered dial with baton hour indexes. The front bezel of the case is set with baguette sapphires and brilliant cut diamonds, accompanied by a matching sapphire and diamond set flexible brooch, the back secured with four screws joined by a baguette and circular cut diamond set link. Dial and movement signed.
