A Swiss gold open faced keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1917. Chronometre Royal. Manual winding gilt lever jeweled movement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, swan neck regulator. 18 Carat gold hinged engraved cuvette. White enamel dial, Roman numerals, outer minute rail track and subsidiary seconds. 18 Carat gold case, guilloché sunray patterned back with cartouche at the bottom. Case, dial and movement signed.
