An extraordinary, magnificent hunting cased pocket watch with Champlevé dial, circa 1890.
Elaborately engraved 18 carat gold case, completely engine turned, dust cover labelled Caliber Jürgensen. Beautiful Champlevé dial, central with floral engraving, Roman radial hours, outer minutes track, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and red gold Louis XV-style hands. Lever movement with a long lever, 15 rubies, straight line anchor, Breguet spiral winder, Caliber Jürgensen.
