A likely Swiss quarter repeating gentleman’s pocket watch with musical movement, circa 1830. This watch features a musical movement with cylinder escapement, the passage, and a request – ringing of the hours and quarters on a gong by pressing the pendant. It has an enamel dial with Breguet style numerals and blued Breguet hands. The case is made of 18 carat yellow gold with a gilded metal bowl. There are two locks on the middle of the case.
