A very rare, large red gold Swiss hunting-cased Louis XV-style pocket watch with original box, circa 1900. A rarity for IWC enthusiasts!
Polished 14K red gold plain case, for IWC an extremely rare case shape Louis XV with large side hinge. Frosted gilt 3/4 plate movement, fine work quality, screwed gold chatons, gold screw compensation balance, and special fine adjustment. Signed enamel dial with Breguet-style radial hours, outer minutes track, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and red gold hands.
