A rare Swiss silver shooting contest watch Eidgenössisches Schützenfest Aarau 1924, circa 1921.
Frosted gilt, 1/2 plate movement, chatoned, screw compensation balance, cam type, fine adjusting device. Enamel dial with Breguet-style radial hours, outer minutes track, blue 24-hour numerals, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and original blued pear hands. Silver case with ornamented in high relief. The back is decorated with a relief representation of the Swiss national hero Wilhelm Tell and the motto: You know the shooter. Accompanied by original box, chronometer certificate and original guarantee certificate.
