A Swiss 18 carat gold and diamond set open faced keyless pocket watch made by Piaget in Geneva, circa 1991. Manual winding nickel lever movement. Sunburst gilded dial with applied gilt baton hour indexes. The case with a raised, polished, diamond set bezel and snap on back engraved J Matsumoto. Case, dial and movement signed. Comes with a Piaget pouch.
