A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever watch, circa 1981. Cal. 215 manual winding nickel lever movement stamped with the seal of Geneva, gyromax balance, 18 jewels. Silvered dial, Roman numerals, outer minute track and Breguet hands. Case with polished bezel, snap on engraved case back with centered cartouche surrounded by floral designs on an engine turned background. Case, dial and movement signed. With a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production in 1981 and sale in 1992.
