A Swiss gold open faced keyless watch, circa 1964. Cal. 27-AM 400 amagnetic manual winding nickel lever movement stamped with the seal of Geneva, 18 jewels. Silvered dial with applied gilt baton indexes. 18 Carat gold polished and brushed case, snap on case back. Case, dial and movement signed. With a Patek Philippe pouch and an Extract from the Archives confirming production in 1964 and sale on April 2nd, 1965.
