A fine Swiss rock crystal, composite, diamond and ruby-set open faced skeletonized lever pocket watch, circa 1925. Manual winding gilt jewelled lever movement with engraved decoration. Skeletonized dial, applied diamond and ruby indexes, red hands. Case band highlighted with rubies. Movement signed.
