An English gold, enamel and pearls set open faced pocket watch, circa 1800. Gilt full plate movement with early lever escapement and fusee chain, balance cock combined with the regulator. Gilt dial with textured centre, Roman numerals on a fine guilloché chapter ring. 18 Carat gold case, green translucent enamel to the back on a fine guilloché background with floral motifs, both bezels highlighted with split pearls. Movement signed and numbered.
