A fine Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced keyless dress watch, circa 1900. Retailed by L. Larochette, Aix. A solid, polished case, with a hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with painted large Roman numerals, outer minute track, sunk subsidiary seconds dial and pink gold spade hands. Frosted gilt movement, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed.
