–
A fine Swiss 14 carat yellow gold full hunter pocket watch made by IWC Schaffhausen, circa 1900. This watch has a mechanical crown winding manual movement with a lever escapement, stone pallets, screwed chatons, and a swan neck fine adjustment system. The white enamel dial shows black Arabic numerals for the hours, an outer minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and gold Louis XV style hands. The timepiece is housed in a substantial three body, 14 carat solid yellow gold full hunter case, featuring a polished bezel, a fluted winding crown, an inner metal dust cover, and a suspension bow. The solid gold outer cover is personalised and intricately engraved with the monogram CK.
