A Swiss 18 carat rose gold hunting cased lever pocket watch, circa 1900. This watch features a bridge mechanical hand wound movement, signed Patek Philippe, with a piston tooth lever escapement and a large gold screw compensation balance. It has a white enamel dial, signed: Patek Philippe & Co, Geneva, double signature Trust Joyero, with Arabic hour numerals, an outer railway minute track, a sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, and blackened steel leaf hands. The round 18 carat gold plain case is complemented by a double bowl in yellow gold stamped with the cross of Calatrava.
