Gold precision watch in rare case

A miniature pendant watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, Switzerland, circa 1900. The numbered open faced case of this watch was crafted from 18 carat gold, has a rare design, a relief band and a monogram on the back lid. The white enamel dial has black Arabic hours, an outer minute track, outermost red Arabic five minute numerals and blued steel hands. The numbered movement has a precision moustache lever escapement and wolf’s toothing.
The cuvette and movement have matching numbers, and the dial, cuvette and movement are signed.
