An impressive Swiss, 18 carat gold coin of King Umberto I of Italy dated 1882 keyless pendant watch, circa 1920. The backside with a chased portrait medallion, and a reeded band. White enamel dial with Arabic black numerals and blued steel hands. Lever escapement, dial and movement are signed.
