A fine Swiss 18 carat pink gold open faced pocket watch made by Omega SA, circa 1920. It has a mechanical crown winding movement with a lever escapement, signed Omega. The white enamel dial shows black Arabic numerals for the hours, red Arabic numerals for the afternoon hours (13-24), an outer minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and gold spade hands, signed Ω Omega. The timepiece is housed in a round three body, 18 carat solid pink gold open faced case with a chased and engraved back cover decorated with floral scroll motifs and an integrated monogram cartouche, a fluted winding crown, a sturdy round suspension bow, and a solid gold inner protective cuvette.
