A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced keyless lever watch, circa 1920. This watch features a mechanical, jewelled movement with a lever escapement. The white enamel dial includes Breguet numerals, an outer minute track, a sunk subsidiary seconds display, and yellow gold spade hands. It has a polished 18 carat gold case with a cuvette and hinged back. The dial, case, and movement are all signed.

The movement is in working condition. The enamel dial is nice and intact. The case exhibits minor surface wear throughout, with tiny scuff marks on the bezel near 1 o’clock, which are only visible under a strong magnifying glass. The case back has minor surface wear. Overall, the watch is in very good condition considering its age.
