An elegant Swiss 18 carat yellow gold and diamond-set manual winding pocket watch, made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1966. A polished, open faced case, the bezel set with 50 round diamonds. Matte silver dial with applied yellow gold baton indexes and Roman 12 and yellow gold baton hands. Movement with a lever escapement. Signature on the case, dial and movement.
