Gold and enamel decorated keyless lever

A very charming Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel Art Nouveau keyless pocket watch, made by B. Haas Neveux & Co in Geneva, circa 1900. The case is fully decorated with raised thistle flowers and foliage in an Art Nouveau pattern, against a light green translucent enamel ground. White enamel dial with applied Arabic hours, outer minute divisions in gold Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and yellow gold spade hands. A rhodium plated movement, Geneva striping decoration with Geneva quality marks, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring, blued steel hairspring with terminal curve, polished steel index regulator with swanneck spring and micrometric screw, Geneva Quality Hallmark or Geneva seal. The dial, case and movement are signed. The hinged gold cuvette with a dedication dated August 15, 1901.
