Swiss 18 carat gold hunting cased pocket chronograph watch with 30 minute counter, circa 1920. Called Cronographo Contador. This watch features a hand wound mechanical lever movement. It has a white enamel dial, a black painted minute track, and Bréguet numerals, with gilded mismatched hands. There is a small second hand at 9 o’clock and a 30 minute counter at 3 o’clock. The case is gold with a plain, smooth oval bezel, a fluted crown, and a double officer’s back adorned with Grand Prix medals. The case, dial, and movement are signed.
