An elegant Swiss 18K gold painted-on enamel and rose diamond-set, lady’s keyless pendant watch, circa 1900. An engraved bezel, the back cover decorated with a painted-on enamel portrait of a lady in a late 18th-century dress, a cherub to the right, an engraved gold frame set with rose-cut diamonds, translucent red guilloche enamel border and a hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial, radial Roman numerals in gold paillon reserves, outer minute track and gilt Louis XV hands. A matte gilt movement, eight jewels, cylinder escapement, three-arm balance, blued steel flat balance spring, and an index regulator.
