A very fine Swiss, 18K yellow gold minute repeating keyless pocket watch, circa 1920.
A polished case and a hinged gold cuvette. Champagne dial with Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial and blued steel Breguet hands. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 29 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and eight positions, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed.
