A very fine, thin and elegant, Swiss, minute-repeating, 18K gold, keyless dress watch, circa 1920.
Polished 18-Carat gold case, repeating with two hammers on two gongs activated by a slide in the band. Gilt dial with Breguet radial hours, outer minutes track, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and blued Breguet hands. Frosted gilt movement. Signature on dial and back cover.
