A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1919. The movement with an ultra thin lever escapement. White enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued decorative hands. The plain case with a monogram in a central cartouche on the back. Dial signed, case numbered, cuvette numbered, signed by Patek, Philippe & Co. Geneva Switzerland made for Schreve, Crum & Low Co. Boston and inscribed Willard from Anne June 1924, movement numbered and signed by the retailer and watchmaker. Comes with an Extract from the Archives confirming the year of manufacture 1919 and the date of sale December 14, 1920.
