A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch from the early 20th century made by Patek Philippe in Geneva. This watch features a mechanical lever movement with manual winding and 18 jewels, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions. It has a gilt dial displaying black Arabic hours in square white enamel cartouches, an outer white enamel minute track, a decorative guilloché center, a subsidiary dial for the seconds at 6 o’clock and blue steel hands, it is signed Patek Philippe Genève. The case back is adorned with chased floral and foliage scrolls surrounding a cartouche.
