A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1900. This watch features a manual wind lever movement. It has a gilt guilloché dial with Arabic numeral hour markers in white enamel cartouches, outer minute divisions and blue steel Breguet hands. The case is smooth with radiating decoration. Both movement and case are signed.
