A Swiss, yellow gold keyless-winding full hunter quarter repeating pocket watch, circa 1900-1920.
Half plate movement with lever escapement and one horological complication: – Quarter-repeater on two steel gongs (activated by the slide at 6 o’clock; repeater work with silent centrifugal force governor to regulate the speed of the repetition mechanism). Enamel dial with radial Roman radial hours, outer minutes track with Arabic five minutes numerals, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and Louis XV-style hands. Round-shaped 18K yellow gold hunting case (cuvette (dome) lacking).
