White enamel dial with gold Breguet hands. 18K gold case, case rim in rare fluted design, case number 3839, maker’s mark NS, face with figure automaton, blue enamel background, detailed figures, 2-coloured representation of a gentleman and a lady striking the bells with hammers during the repeating.
