A fine, thin, 18K yellow gold Swiss keyless dress watch, circa 1917. Accompanied by the original certificate and Spaulding & Co. mahogany fitted box. Made for Spaulding & Co., Chicago by Patek Philippe & Co., Genève. A polished, concealed hinge, the back with an engraved monogram. Frosted gilt dial with radial champlevé Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel hands.

A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator.
Dial, case and movement signed.
