A very fine and thin Swiss, 18K yellow gold keyless dress watch with split-seconds chronograph and register, circa 1920. Champagne dial with painted Breguet numerals, outer Arabic minute and outermost chronograph divisions, recessed subsidiary seconds and minute register dials. Blued steel Breguet hands. A nickel movement, 26 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, visible chronograph works. Dial signed by Gübelin, case signed by Vacheron & Constantin, movement signed by Merimont Watch Co, Suisse.
