It has a malachite dial with gold Alpha hands and an 18 carat yellow gold cushion shaped case secured by four screws. The case, dial, and movement are all signed by Vacheron & Constantin.

The case is in overall very good condition, with possible light previous polish in our view. The case back has some superficial scratches. The hardstone dial has some hairlines in the lower area and natural variations. The movement is running.
