A fine Swiss 18 carat yellow gold full hunter pocket watch, circa 1900. It has a mechanical crown winding movement with a lever escapement and a bimetallic compensation balance wheel. The white enamel dial features black painted Arabic numerals for the hours, an outer railway minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and sleek hands. The timepiece is housed in a round three body, 18 carat solid yellow gold full hunter case with a smooth, polished reverse back cover adorned with a large engraved and chased interlocking floral monogram, a fluted winding crown, a sturdy round suspension bow, and a solid 18 carat gold inner protective cuvette.
