Gold hunting cased keyless lever chronometer watch

A fine Swiss 18 carat yellow gold full hunter pocket watch chronometer made by Tissot in Le Locle, circa 1920. It has a mechanical crown winding movement with a lever escapement, signed Ch F Tissot and Fils Locle. The cream dial features applied gold Breguet style numerals for the hours, outer minute dots, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and gold Breguet style hands. The timepiece is housed in a polished round three body, 18 carat solid yellow gold full hunter case with an engraved monogram CV on the back cover, an internal gold protective cuvette, a fluted winding crown, and a sturdy round suspension bow.
