Gold lever watch with chronograph

A fine, large Swiss 14 carat yellow gold hunting cased quarter repeating keyless lever pocket watch with chronograph, circa 1900. Made for the Russian market. Engine- turned case, monogrammed front, hinged gold cuvette with award medals and inscription. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute and outermost chronograph divisions, recessed subsidiary seconds dial, gilt Louis XV hands. Nickel-silver movement, 19 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, repeating on gongs by push-button on the band. Case signed and numbered, movement marked.
