A very fine Swiss, 18K yellow gold keyless pocket watch, circa 1920. Sold on September 28th, 1934. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. A polished case, inner case back engraved Frank J Gehan with grateful appreciation from his friend Charles Donnelly. Two-tone silver dial with applied yellow gold hour indexes, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Gold feuille hands. A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, wolf’s tooth winding, straight-line moustache lever escapement, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck regulator. Dial, case, and movement signed.
